Job Title: Senior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our design team in developing innovative products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide their team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

  1. Project Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects on time, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  2. Design Oversight: They will approve vehicle architecture sheets, prepare project schedules, bids, and proposals.
  3. Team Guidance: Our Senior Design Manager will streamline and guide the design team to complete projects efficiently.
  4. Quality Assurance: They will verify 3D models, drawings, BOMs for accuracy and approve inspection plans.
  5. CAPA Preparation: They will analyze and document product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Innovation: The ideal candidate will research, ideate, and develop new products with a focus on customer needs.
  7. Technical Collaboration: They will ensure regulatory compliance, certification, and audit readiness.
  8. People Development: Our Senior Design Manager will provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Monitor product performance and minimize field failures due to design defects.
  • FEA Execution: Conduct finite element analysis studies and verify results.
  • Initiatives: Drive innovation through technical collaboration and knowledge sharing.
