Strategic Hiring Manager Position

This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment across the organization, focusing on strategic and operational hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.

The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions, particularly in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains. They will also have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities, as well as innovative problem-solving skills.

  • Leadership and Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
  • Interview and Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.
  • Mentorship and Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
  • Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
