Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Manager to lead our store sales team and drive success in our Delhi flagship boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end ownership of the store, including staff management and operational efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) clients and driving high-value jewelry sales.
  • Providing strategic direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Fostering a positive work environment, motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.
  • Engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to enhance staff skills and productivity.
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Managing staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree from a reputable institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
