Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and optimizing storage for all customers in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile discrepancies between Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock levels.
  • Track inward quantities, order processed quantities, and cancelled orders.
  • Plan and execute cycle counting for each customer on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize loss rates.
  • Coordinate data provision for internal and external audits.
  • Design procedures to prevent high-value item loss.
  • Reduce warehouse damage to inventory.
  • Count packing materials daily.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, with experience in MS Excel and order processing software. Any graduate with 5-7 years of experience in inventory management is preferred.
