Job Title: Accounts Manager

Tender Process Oversight

You will oversee the entire tender process, from actively monitoring opportunities to ensuring deadlines and progress are met.

  • Monitor tender opportunities
  • Advising on participation decisions
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks

Your key responsibilities include writing tender texts, building a text library, and submitting all required documents accurately and on time.

  • Filing and application of tenders
  • Reviewing tender documents and supervising compilation of materials for bids
  • Preparing pre-qualification bids with standard company information
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
  • Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents
  • Ability to understand financial statements
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports
  • Ensuring adherence to internal financial controls related to tender business
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes
  • Vendor registration/compliance for third-party vendors
Eligibility Criteria

Eligible candidates should have 3-4 years' experience in Tender processing (Government, Semi-government, Corporations, Private).

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications include knowledge and experience in Tender business, experience in using portals such as GeM and mahatender, well-versed with Financial tools and technology, and fluency in English communication.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Marathi language and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
