Backend Architectural Lead

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced software development leader to design and implement scalable backend services and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues to optimize application performance.
  • Lead technical discussions to drive architectural decisions aligning with company goals.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in software development, preferably with experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems. Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software projects with complex architectures.
  • Extensive experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
