As a seasoned leader, you will guide a cross-functional engineering team to maintain and enhance end-to-end services for our web solution across Cloud (Azure Kubernetes) and On-Prem (Windows IIS).

The ideal candidate has a solid background in software development, experience in Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Align the team's product roadmap with Product Management to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Review top items in the Product Backlog to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Work with Product Owners/Managers to finalize Sprint Backlogs, prioritizing workload efficiently.
  • Be the single point of contact for stakeholders to prevent disruptions.
  • Own all service lifecycle aspects, including design, development, documentation, testing, tracking, and operations.
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by adopting technical best practices.
  • Deliver software solutions that meet usability, stability, performance, and security standards.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the product delivered by the team.
  • Guide the team using industry-standard frameworks, ensuring solutions can be used easily and flexibly by other teams.
  • Enable personal and professional growth among team members.
  • Provide guidance on technical, process, or method-related questions and foster open feedback and communication.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead/Manager for an Agile team.
  • Comfortable working in high-demand setups and prioritizing execution with a hands-on mentality.
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle.
  • Experience partnering with product and user experience teams.
  • Solid knowledge of Secure SDLC principles, OWASP Top-10 vulnerabilities, and remediation.
  • Strong communication skills for customers, business, and technical partners.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset balancing technical excellence with business needs and delivery timelines.
  • Lifelong learning spirit and eagerness to tackle new challenges daily.
  • Technical background in Docker, Kafka, Databricks, ADO pipelines, or Azure services is a plus.

Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
