**Job Summary:**

As a senior software development leader, you will oversee the creation and implementation of DevSecOps strategies, technology roadmaps, and tools for aerospace software development. This role requires expertise in leading and managing continuous software builds, static analysis/security scans, continuous integration, testing, and deployment.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in all software development activities.

  • Mentor and coach the team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish tools, processes, infrastructure, and technology roadmaps for AeroSPS and drive execution actions.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers, IT, and internal counterparts, through regular reporting.

  • Lead risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

  • Ensure integration and deployment of solutions across various Avionics programs while maintaining customer engagement.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of success in implementing DevSecOps strategies and technology roadmaps.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
