Requirements

Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering • Around 7 to 15 years of total experience working on delivery/development/team management • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience working with EVM, Android related technology • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working in mobile technologies like Android • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL, NoSQL • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes • Proficiency to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills and Efficiency

Proficient in stakeholder management and conflict resolution • Experience in fintech space is an advantage • Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus • Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product • Personnel and project management skills • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.

Communication and Ownership

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with dynamic requirements and able to pivot recruitment strategies as needed.
