We're seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead innovation and growth within our Engineering team. As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and ensuring alignment with our reference architecture, enterprise data standards, and modernization priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the technical roadmap to drive business outcomes
  • Removing technology blockers and streamlining processes to enable autonomous delivery at pace
  • Designing and planning solutions that meet business needs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify technical capability requirements and implement best practices
  • Driving operational excellence and supporting teams in charge of mission-critical production services
  • Eliminating technical debt and ensuring good design

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions, as well as strong technical leadership skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Sound knowledge of large-scale distributed systems, Microservices, and Rest API Integration
  • Cloud - AWS large scale data warehouse implementation experience
  • Experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript or C#) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure)
  • A keen interest in researching new AI tooling and daily user of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Continue, GitHub CoPilot, Aider, Cline, etc.
