Our CTL will architect our technological universe, translating vision into architecture. Design, build, and scale a secure, high-performance platform—making key decisions on our stack (Python/Go, React, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) balancing speed, security, and scale.

Engineer for compliance, embedding SEBI and RBI regulations into our product's DNA. Own integration with critical systems like SCORES and payment gateways, ensuring trust and integrity from day one.

Lead hands-on: Write critical code, review PRs, mentor early engineers, and build technical excellence we need to win. Champion Innovation, spearhead deep tech initiatives—from AI-powered personalization to blockchain-based audit trails.

Be our technology ambassador, interfacing with regulators, partners, and investors. Translate technical vision into a compelling story of credibility and innovation.

You have 5-7+ years of experience with at least 2 years in leadership within FinTech, WealthTech, or highly regulated BFSI environments.

Deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure is required. Understand technology as a means to business innovation.

A founder's mindset is essential. Proactive problem-solvers, owners, and builders are encouraged. Compliance knowledge (SEBI, RBI) inspires elegant solutions.
