Job Title: Advanced Voice Communications Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert-level support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and third-party call recording platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC issues using advanced technical skills.
  • Design and implement MACD in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms to optimize system performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes.
  • Deploy and manage Cisco Voice network models, including voice network devices.
  • Utilize VOIP and Performance Management Tools to monitor and improve system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogue signalling.
  • Work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment with high levels of efficiency and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Cisco Voice platform implementation and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service delivery issues and escalate problems when necessary.
  • Perform advanced remote and on-site troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate documentation of best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and third-party call recording platforms.
  • Strong understanding of VOIP protocols, ITIL processes, and Telecom infrastructure protocols.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing Cisco Voice network models and voice network devices.
  • Ability to utilize VOIP and Performance Management Tools to monitor and improve system performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
