Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished F&B Operations Manager to join our esteemed hospitality team. This pivotal role entails delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences to discerning guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service Excellence: Deliver personalized, professional service to every guest, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure tables, service stations, and outlets are meticulously set up and maintained in accordance with our brand's stringent standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and service teams to guarantee timely food and beverage delivery, addressing guest requests and queries with promptness and courtesy.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all service areas, safeguarding the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Leadership and Support: Collaborate closely with the F&B Supervisor to drive day-to-day operations forward, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Service Focus: Possess a genuine passion for hospitality, coupled with a service-oriented personality that thrives on delivering memorable experiences.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in F&B service is highly valued (freshers may also apply), with a strong foundation in customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment, embracing flexibility and adaptability in rotational shifts and weekend schedules.
