We are seeking a skilled Retention Strategist to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for a problem-solver who loves to run experiments, analyze data, and see a direct impact on the size of our user base.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies, ideally within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Churn Prevention: Identify at-risk users through predictive models and analysis, and design proactive campaigns to prevent them from churning.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation: Architect and manage end-to-end win-back strategies for bringing back churned subscribers.

Fundamental Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with SQL and product analytics tools.
  • A passion for music and audio, with the ability to craft resonant and effective campaigns.
  • Able to think creatively and challenge assumptions in churn mitigation strategies.
