Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Technical Program Manager Intern to join our team. This intern will assist in managing technical programs, drive project deliverables, and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and executing complex technical programs, from ideation to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders. Help manage project timelines, resources, and priorities.
  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects (either through coursework, previous internships, or personal projects).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of system design or software engineering principles is a plus.
