We are seeking a skilled Global Launch Manager to join our dynamic team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit, you will be responsible for driving successful product launches and developing launch excellence playbooks and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement launch excellence playbooks and processes to drive best practice sharing across markets and functions.
  • Lead launch coordination platform from GBS and establish archetypes of successful launches based on internal and external factors.
  • Strategic project partnership in developing the forum of portfolio launches and ensure superior stakeholder satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
  • Ownership and independently execute and manage tasks, ad-hoc deliverables, and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Support the launch planning and operations for products by collaborating with different functions within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field may be preferred by some organizations.
  • 7+ years of work experience in areas such as project management, product management, with a proven track record of success, in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good appreciation of commercial side of business and strong management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of the business.
  • Ability to naturally assume ownership of initiatives, requiring minimal supervision to consistently deliver outstanding results.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Consult, present, influence cross-functional team and make recommendations to senior management with courage and confidence.

About the Department

The Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.
