About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Launch Manager to join our dynamic team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit, you will play a critical role in driving successful product launches and commercial strategy across multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement portfolio launch excellence playbooks and processes to drive best practice sharing across markets and functions.
  • Lead launch coordination platforms from GBS and establish archetypes of successful launches based on internal and external factors.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute launch plans that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to enhance launch execution approach and priorities with a portfolio perspective.
  • Manage and execute tasks, ad-hoc deliverables, and projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of work experience in areas such as project management, product management, with a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good appreciation of commercial side of business and strong management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of the business.
