Job Overview

As a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits in CMOS processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced analog and mixed-signal circuits and architectures in CMOS processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital design engineers, CAD, systems engineering, test engineering, and applications teams to bring up silicon prototypes and initiate design-of-experiments for root cause analysis.
  • Perform post-layout parasitic-extraction and back-annotated simulations to validate designs and conduct Monte Carlo analysis on key circuits to ensure Six-Sigma quality and yields.
Requirements:
  • M.Tech/M.S degree in electrical engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Ph.D. with 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with EDA tools including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, Mixed-mode AMS tools, Layout XL.
  • Strong knowledge of layout effects for circuit and layout design and ability to communicate and work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
