We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex analog circuits, including power management ICs and switching converters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ICs into larger systems.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions to meet challenging specifications and achieve better system performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
• Ensure high-quality silicon while adhering to schedules based on business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
• Solid understanding and design experience of complex analog designs with full ownership.
• Chip design, verification, silicon validation, debugs, qual support and taking ICs to production.
• Technical leader & natural team player, mentor and strives towards fostering a highly creative and productive working environment.
