Senior Construction Development Manager

Lead the development of efficient construction methods for fast-track and complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in regions where cutting-edge methodologies are employed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender & Technical Review: Analyze tender documents and drawings, prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications.
  • Construction Methodology: Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies; plan resources including labor and plant & machinery; prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients.
  • Design Coordination & Value Engineering: Collaborate with design teams for construction-friendly designs; coordinate with external consultants for design/drawing alignment with client specifications; optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Technology & Equipment Expertise: Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment; handle methodologies for complex structures.
  • Site & Execution Support: Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions; work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Communication & Documentation: Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches; maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in various countries with exposure to modern construction techniques.
  • Strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with latest construction technologies and fast-track execution methods.
  • Knowledge of plant and machinery used in construction.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with execution and design teams.
