Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to lead the construction of various projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, managing different aspects of construction projects, supervising team members, preparing detailed estimates for time and material costs, ensuring quality assurance, adhering to health and safety standards, and compiling comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize resources and ensure sites are safe and clean.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and procure necessary materials and tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and suggest improvements on specific projects.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable contracts.
  • Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Create work schedules and communicate any adjustments to team members and clients.
  • Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Maintain quality assurance and provide constructive feedback to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in Interiors, especially in Commercial environments.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of additional certifications or licenses may be beneficial.
  • Detailed knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.

Project management skills are essential.

  • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and improve.
