Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Leader to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer experience from project initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, empowering them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Maintain adherence to defined processes, standards, and SOPs to provide a consistent customer experience.
  • Main Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Customer Move In Timeline Adherence
  • Customer Overall CSAT Score
  • Quicker resolution of customer escalations

Internal Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance and Vendor teams, to ensure support and resources are provided to meet customer commitments.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to align timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leadership and operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
