Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong relationships with our customers by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • You will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer interactions, ensuring timely and courteous responses.
  • Utilize sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong phone handling abilities, and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential. Knowledge of SAP B1 and experience with exhibitions/preference are also valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
