As a champion of candidate experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing communication with candidates, verifying their documents, and ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an advocate for candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Review documents provided by candidates to ensure they are complete and accurate, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Document interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.

What We Offer:

This is a full-time internship opportunity offering 9 hours of work per day, including a one-hour break, and a minimum duration of 9 months.

Work Structure:
  • Flexible Work Schedule: This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you'll work six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
  • Overtime Pay: If you're required to work on Sundays or night shifts, you'll receive overtime pay as per company policy.
