About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Company Secretary to join our organisation in a pivotal role, utilising their expertise to drive compliance and corporate governance initiatives forward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as per healthcare industry standards.
  • Filing of DRHP for IPO and making the company IPO ready.
  • Maintenance of records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
  • Guidance on corporate governance and best practices to the board.
  • Management of shareholder communications and adherence to all legal obligations.
  • Liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Preparation of annual reports and disclosures as required by law.
  • Supporting organisational strategic objectives through effective secretarial and governance practices.
  • Cordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of secretarial duties.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A professional qualification in Company Secretaryship from a recognised institution.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and legal frameworks in South Goa.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage secretarial responsibilities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
