Key Role Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across a healthcare organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and ensure timely closure of all identified deficiencies.
  • Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, ensuring they are carried out with precision and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats.
  • Work closely with leadership to implement and monitor quality standards across the organization.
  • Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with relevant authorities for accreditation processes.
  • Support organization-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline along with MBA/MHA or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of experience in quality management, preferably within a healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
