About the Role

Soni And Soni is seeking a skilled Tele Caller to support our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a maximum of six years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients over the phone to provide information on our IP services and benefits.
  • Respond to inbound queries and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and document all contact details and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries in a timely and coordinated manner.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to refine our service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies during all client interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of IP services and improve calling techniques.
  • Contribute to team and company goals through effective communication and client management strategies.
