As a key member of our team, the Cluster Hygiene Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained across all aspects of our operations.

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire HACCP and HFSMS program, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to industry benchmarks.
  • Ambassador of excellent communication skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and government entities.
  • Diligent in maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in daily operations.
  • A champion of training and development, providing expert guidance to culinary and food beverage team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Maintains good working relationships with other departments and employees to ensure full cooperation and commitment from all.
  • Performs other duties related to operations in order to maintain the food safety management system of the hotel.
