Portfolio Compliance Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to partner with business stakeholders in the Asset Management Guidelines team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and manage new account coding, reviews, and revisions.
  • Monitor alerts for institutional client guidelines and update compliance platforms accordingly.
  • Set up rules as per ratings agencies and ensure accuracy of data analytics.
  • Identify and resolve coding issues through periodic reviews and communicate discrepancies to relevant teams.
  • Configure trading brokers and counterparty limits in line with IMA regulations.
  • Promote accurate coding practices and collaborate with monitoring teams to minimize false breaches.
  • Participate in local and global projects, driving portfolio management excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in portfolio guidelines coding and monitoring.
  • Expert-level proficiency in trade compliance applications such as LZ Sentinel, Charles River, Aladdin (Compliance), SimCorp Dimension, ThinkFolio.
