Job Title: Executive Search Specialist

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Executive Search Specialist. As a key member of our search team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality executive searches across various industries and sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, including research, candidate engagement, and client relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and social media strategies.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with candidates, gathering detailed information about their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive research reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants to develop marketing materials, pitches, and presentations.

 

Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in executive search or recruitment.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A good team player, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
