Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the sports program in target villages.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth centre functioning.
  • Manage tournaments, events, and talent scouting.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor activities and address issues.
  • Build relationships with government departments for timely execution and clearances.
  • Liaise with departments to support program delivery and advocacy.
  • Represent the organization in official meetings and forums.
  • Plan micro-level activities in line with annual goals.
  • Maintain records, track progress, and support reporting and logistics.
  • Document success stories and field insights.
  • Support training material creation and SOPs.
  • Develop youth talent by identifying and coordinating with academies.
  • Organize trials and manage related documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 7-10 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to engage with government stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Able to travel extensively within Punjab.
