In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact and build lasting relationships with valued customers. As their trusted advisor, you will help them navigate financial complexities through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of our financial solutions to meet customer needs and objectives. Communicate clearly the progress of quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Forecast and track key financial metrics by staying current on industry trends and best practices. Maintain job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
