Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in quality control, including the analytical validation team. They will oversee regular testing and method validation activities across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analytical validation team for regular testing and method validation activities.
  • Support the head of quality control with daily updates, monthly sample status, laboratory management, training, and monthly review meetings.
  • Execute and approve different types of quality management systems and identify scientific root causes with effective corrective actions.
  • Design and execute planning of analysis, data interpretation, and presentation to the head of quality control.
  • Provide guidance to team members for improving work quality and monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Assume leadership of all types of quality control work in the absence of the head of quality control and actively participate in departmental improvement programs.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as research and development.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or Bachelor's/Master's in Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NIR, and nasal performance testing.
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
  • Solid organisational and time management skills.
