- Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently to ensure timely settlements and reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to guarantee accuracy and transparency.
- Manage customer invoices and send timely reminders to prevent delays.
- Arrange for customer payments and follow up as necessary to resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing month-end and year-end financial reports to provide valuable insights to management.
- Provide regular updates on finance activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support company secretarial work and complete administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
