We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to manage daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations:
    • Manage all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, adhering to relevant standards.
    • Assist with statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
  • Global Operations Support:
    • Support transfer pricing compliance and related documentation.
    • Handle cross-border payments and banking liaison.
    • Assist in consolidation of group accounts.
  • Expense Management:
    • Record, monitor, and clear all company expenses, ensuring compliance with policies and budgets.
    • Handle employee reimbursements and expense reports.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements, including PF, PT, and other applicable laws.
    • Prepare and file all necessary returns and reports on time.
    • Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  • Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO):
    • Create and manage PO's and SO's, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all orders.
    • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional qualification preferred: CA Inter.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Zoho books and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
