We are seeking a talented Psychometrician to join our innovative team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge talent assessment solutions.

As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing and integrating AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimize psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
  • Design and develop innovative test items for specialized evaluations.
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
  • Develop personalized programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Work closely with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customized assessments and personalized reports.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: MSc in Psychometrics or related field.
  • Experience: First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.

Skills:

  • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.
