- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on branded merchandise sourcing to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results.

- Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends, explore new vendors and sustainable swag solutions, and enhance brand engagement through innovative merchandise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management, with a strong focus on corporate swag, branded merchandise, and promotional items.
  • Proven track record in cost-saving strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiation within the US promotional merchandise market.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, swag production, and industry best practices.
  • Existing network of US-based swag and merchandise vendors is a plus.
  • Expertise in marketing procurement, budgeting, and financial analysis.
