Job Title: IT Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for IT-related issues.
- Manage and resolve escalation cases to drive team performance and improve support.
- Provide IT support and administration for corporate resources, tools, and applications.
- Effectively plan, manage, and prioritize IT escalations to minimize disruption.
- Support and maintain local and cloud servers, network resources, including LAN/WAN/Internet and Firewall.
- Manage vendor relationships, develop service level agreements, and drive knowledge base development.
- Lead projects and initiatives, including installation and maintenance of computer systems, networks, printers, projectors, servers, phone, and video monitor equipment.
- Manage technology evaluations, priorities, and decisions in alignment with business requirements and IT roadmaps.
- Oversee entire IT activities, including procurement, approval, AMC renewals, and vendor coordination.
Functional Area: IT Administration
Required Skills:
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
