Procurement and Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement and operations specialist to oversee vendor relationships, manage supply chains, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor vendor performance, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of vendor databases, contracts, and operational documents.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate contracts, optimize costs, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, payment cycles, and financial reporting.
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards to measure success.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, operations, or vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
