Regenerative Farming Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Regenerative Farming Leader to spearhead our cluster's production and operations. This pivotal role requires expertise in team management, logistics planning, and customer delivery performance.

  • Spearhead cluster production and operations to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective production planning, logistics, and customer delivery strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to forecast market demand and align production accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracting farming agreements with network farmers while adhering to company protocols.
  • Identify suitable farmers, motivate, train, and guide them to adopt regenerative organic practices as per our standards.
  • Maintain close oversight of all farming activities to ensure adherence to best practices and prohibit chemical usage.
  • Manage collection centers at each RAC – receiving vegetables from network farmers, sorting, grading, and storage.
  • Ensure produce quality and work closely with operations teams to supply produce to the Collection center / Distribution Center.
  • Plan RAC level input production based on vegetable production plans.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to leverage latest science in regenerative agriculture and provide feedback from the field to the Technical Centre of Excellence.
