Production Manager

Job Overview:
- Take charge of the production process for high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits.
- Coordinate export sales, meet sales targets, and ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.
- Develop short-term and medium-term strategies, budgets, and line balancing to achieve business objectives.
- Lead teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, implement methods to address potential quality issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure personnel, materials, and machine safety, provide support to new product development, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
- Select, train, and motivate teams, considering short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements, and have hands-on experience in production processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in production processes and competent in managing large teams.
