B You Productions is a dynamic music label and creative house known for producing high-quality feature films and chart-topping independent music. With a track record of collaborations with renowned singers like Salim Merchant, Deep Money, and Shams Brothers, as well as producing feature films with marquee talent, we are rapidly growing as a one-stop hub for music, film, and creative content. We're now looking for a driven Label Manager to spearhead our music label operations, brand collaborations, and artist management.

Role Description

The Label Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the label, ensuring smooth execution across marketing campaigns, artist management, music distribution, and brand partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and strategic, with strong networking skills in the entertainment and music industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Artist Management & Development
  • Manage relationships with artists signed under B You Productions.
  • Support artists with career growth, branding, and promotion strategies.
  • Oversee contracts, negotiations, and artist deliverables.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns for new music and film releases.
  • Drive visibility across digital platforms, social media, and offline promotions.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners for outreach.

Brand Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Identify and secure brand tie-ups, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Build strong networks with potential brand partners, streaming platforms, and event organizers.
  • Pitch collaboration opportunities that align with both artist image and brand values.

Operations & Distribution

  • Coordinate with digital distributors and streaming platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.) for releases.
  • Ensure timely release planning, scheduling, and catalog management.
  • Track performance metrics (streams, views, engagement) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop long-term strategies to strengthen B You Productions' position in the independent and mainstream music space.
  • Research industry trends and recommend new opportunities in music, collaborations, and artist partnerships.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Music Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in the music, entertainment, or media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of music marketing, digital platforms, and brand tie-ups.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business strategy.
  • Passion for music and entertainment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
