Financial Operations Specialist

Job Overview
- Financial Operations Specialist with strong analytical skills to ensure accurate recording of all site-related financial transactions, including expenses, purchases, and payments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of site financial transactions, including but not limited to:
- Bank Reconciliation to ensure account balances are up-to-date and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management to ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
- Financial Reporting to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information.
- Expense Management to ensure that all expenses are properly documented and approved in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
