Role Overview

As a UX Researcher, you will uncover insights that shape the future of our platform. Working closely with product and design teams to contribute to meaningful product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • User Interviews: Plan, conduct, and summarize interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Heuristic Evaluations: Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and highlight opportunities for innovation.
  • Qualitative Research: Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • Quantitative Research: Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn findings into actionable solutions.

Requirements

A strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design is required.

Familiarity with basic research methods is necessary.

Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills are essential.

You should be comfortable working independently.

Bonus: Experience with tools such as Google Forms, Figma, Miro, or survey platforms is a plus.
