Job Title: Senior UI UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UI UX Designer to work on exciting projects with top-notch founders from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to lay the foundation for an exceptional product experience.
  • Present research findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients visualize the user journey.
  • Collaborate with the development team to guide them on the user journey and ensure seamless integration of design assets.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
  • Ensure the development team has access to all necessary design assets in a timely manner.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback to ensure adherence to UX/UI recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spoken nature, quick learning ability, and a drive to excel.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of the app development process.
  • Ability to generate new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and solid understanding of design thinking.
  • Knowledge of scrum principles is a plus.
