Results-driven Sales Manager – Ed Tech

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue goals.

  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to product demos, closures, and post-sale support.

  • Resolve escalations and operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Set clear goals, track progress, and celebrate successes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team (experience in EdTech preferred).
  • Fluency in Hindi and strong English communication skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities.
  • Sales-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping learners succeed.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
