As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying and resolving issues, and providing recommendations for best practices and solutions training. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and ADP's latest offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Years of experience working in client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interfacing skills
  • Willingness to work in US shifts
  • Any Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in international voice
