Senior Technical Expert Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Expert to collaborate with our cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that bring meaningful impact to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Python programming languages.
  • Work with Generative AI tools and frameworks to build innovative, AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to enhance the overall system architecture.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and project managers to deliver client-focused solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps practices to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering to maintain expertise.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team to foster growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
  • Exposure to Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
