As a system administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our managed hosting platform.

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Linux and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining Linux-based servers, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems
  • Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a system administrator in a managed hosting environment
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) is a plus
