Junior Planning Engineer Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our site-based planning team. As a proactive and organized individual, your role will involve tracking project schedules, coordinating across departments, and ensuring timely and cost-efficient project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and update project timelines using MS Project or Bar Charts.
  2. Maintain site progress records and provide weekly resource allocation reports.
  3. Collaborate with HO teams including Contracts, Design, Development, Estimation, and Planning.
  4. Monitor manpower deployment, material usage, and work completion on a daily basis.
  5. Submit regular progress updates and assist in project budget management.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for variation works and support the engineering team's coordination efforts.
  7. Facilitate weekly review meetings and distribute Meeting Minutes (MoM).
  8. Ensure seamless project coordination, commissioning, and deliverables tracking.
  9. Identify potential construction delays and propose corrective action plans.
  10. Analyze site productivity and contribute to cost control initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  2. 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate project planning (high-rise projects preferred).
  3. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
  4. Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  5. Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple-site schedules effectively.
